Celebrating The Life of Objects Forgotten

In three Thursday evening, 3-hour sessions, we transformed broken or outdated costume jewelry and found objects into one-of-a-kind pieces while learning beginner-friendly metalsmithing skills like jump rings, sawing, hammering, and wire wrapping. Each project was created by the students and tailored to their skill levels, with guidance from me on design and fabrication. Fun was had! Tools and materials (and snacks) were provided. I was lucky to work with this ultra-creative and kind-hearted bunch.
